A PRINCESS &
A GROUNDBREAKING
Astoria Hotels and Resorts (AHR) is
all set for the construction of its newest resort in Boracay in bustling
Station 3. The emerging chain of hotels recently held a groundbreaking ceremony
in its property to signal the start of the resort’s construction. Back in 2007,
AHR opened Astoria Boracay in upscale Station 1 and the resort carried with it,
the chain’s trademark characteristics: spacious rooms, elegant architecture and
interior design, personalized service, superb food & beverage and prime
location. Astoria Boracay is now a “Triple A” resort and is regarded as one of
Boracay’s many attractions and continues to lure travelers not only locally but
internationally as well. The resort in Station 3 is expected to showcase the
same AHR characteristics and is scheduled to open its doors to guests by 2014.

Malaysia who was here as the guest of honor of the Girls Scouts of Philippines.
The Astoria Plaza was the Princess’s home while she stayed in Manila. Photo
